Full Time Position - 38 hrs per week
Rotating roster which will include weekend work.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops, coaches, counsels, and directs Front End personnel. Provides feedback to promote teamwork and accountability among employees. Interactively monitors employee performance and participates in performance reviews as needed. Works with the Front End Manager in employee staffing and maintenance; interviewing, hiring and reviewing. Provides recommendations for resolving personnel issues and training. Implements and upholds proper safety procedures and standards.
Determines the number of registers needed to reduce the lengths of member lines and maintain efficiency. Coordinates employee tasks, timely breaks, and lunches.
Provides register fund increases and change orders. Resolves any issues with the checkout process; verifies
