Job Responsibilities
Macmahon is looking for a Reliability Engineer to join our team. This role has the option of being based at Brisbane Office or Mackay and would involve regular site visits.
Reporting to the Maintenance Area Manager, the role is focused on reliability engineering and responsible for a range of condition monitoring programs and preventative maintenance projects.
About the role
Manage the SOS program in accordance with the Fluid Condition Monitoring Procedure.
Manage Macmahons Warranty process.
Manage the site CTS, Bucket, and Tray Wear monitoring program.
Ensure defect elimination Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and actions are completed.
Evaluate mobile equipment performance.
Review current practices and procedures and identify areas for improving costs, efficiencies and productivity.
Identify and develop engineering solutions.
