Batch & Drive We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic customer focused go-getter to join the Hanson team at our Wangaratta Concrete Plant . Located 2.5 hours northeast of Melbourne CBD. The Concrete Batcher has excellent career development potential with the opportunity to learn about concrete, quarry materials, plant operation, concrete batching, scheduling, and logistics whilst working in the construction industry.Along with batching, you will also have the opportunity to get in the truck to deliver our product to our customers. Valid HR licence is required. In your new role with us, you will be:
Overseeing the operation of a concrete batch plant
Operating a front-end loader (FEL)
Regularly interacting with customers, taking orders & scheduling deliveries
Working in a high performing team, collaborating with other local plants to deliver positive outcomes for Hanson and the customer
Able to demonstrate safety and show
