The Role:
In conjunction with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, you will assist in managing all aspects of the Kitchen Operations, with an emphasis on maintaining hygienic standards and practices, staff training and development, and overseeing the preparation and presentation of a consistent food product which meets customer's expectations.
