An exciting new opportunity is available within Workforce & Governance for an experienced professional to join their team as a Senior Industrial Relations Advisor. You will provide expert advice on industrial relations matters including, applicable legislation, policy and procedure as it relates to employment conditions, applicable Awards, Councils Certified Agreements, dispute resolution and mediation.
This role is for an energetic, pragmatic and resourceful individual who will develop and review strategies and operational processes to ensure organisational compliance to industrial relations. You will demonstrate superior interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with a variety of stakeholders to foster harmonious Industrial Relations.
