We are looking for an expert Business Analyst with extensive experience in TechnologyOne Cloud, particularly in the Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our project to migrate from our current on-premise system to the TechnologyOne Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the analysis and documentation of current business processes and requirements related to the HCM modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful migration to TechnologyOne Cloud.
Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
