We are now looking for a Methods Engineer to join our highly skilled, Rollingstock JV team.
Reporting directly to the Methods Engineering Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the QTMP rollingstock achieves design-for-Manufacturing-and-Assembly objectives on safety, quality and productivity. You will be accountable for:
Ensuring strong relationships and highly effective communication between Engineering and Production teams
Actively support and assist with the implementation of best practice manufacturing techniques
Preparation for Day One Production Readiness involving validation of processes, equipment and tooling
Overseeing the introduction of technical changes, ensuring its effective coordination
Timely delivery of lineside support within cross-functional teams
This is a fulltime, permanent role, and will be based in Torbanlea, QLD. About You:
4 years relevant experience in Method Engineering (ideally in an OEM environment)
Degree qualification in Industrial or Electrical Engineering
