Job Description
Support the operations of the Digital Department.
Navigate and utilise their WordPress and other CMS, troubleshooting issues and implementing new features.
Assist in constructing customer service journeys on their websites, and assist building registration channels for their events.
Assist in building registration pages for each event in EventsAir (their event ticketing platform), and serve as the primary contact for all EventsAir related matters.
Collaborate with the Marketing team and other delivery teams on digital activations.
Support regular reporting and analyse of digital marketing assets and products to find areas of improvement.
