Maintain an expert knowledge of our brand's history, collections, and latest trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Ensure the visual merchandising standards are met by arranging displays and maintaining store aesthetics.
Process transactions accurately using our POS system and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment.
Skills & Experience
Previous management experience in retail.
Confident with rostering.
