- Undertaking general waiting duties including taking orders and serving guests.
- Work cohesively as a team member.
- Familiarise yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.
- Liaise with customers and Chef/kitchen brigade to ensure service times are adhered to.

- Receipt of monies and cash up of service periods.
- Follow and implement all departmental procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists.
- Ensure revenue for the shift is accounted for with cash/charge summary being completed to balance daily activities.

- Assist with implementation and maintenance of Sofitel Brand Standards.
- Assist the Outlets Manager with the training and development of all ambassadors while also maintaining a detailed training log.
- Follow up on all guest comments, requests and complaints while informing the Supervisor and Assistant Manager of all such matters.
