As we continue to invest in our capabilities, we have two newly created roles for Building Quality Compliance & Asset Officers to join Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) on a permanent full time basis.
The successful applicants with assist to implement best practice asset management to ensure that all Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT properties are safe and compliant for the residents, visitors, public and workers, and is managed to maximise the benefits to stakeholders, the community and facility users.
You will be responsible for maintaining the asset register and maintenance schedules and undertaking regular condition inspections to support both asset and property management, maintenance of building hazardous material register.
This position is to support / mitigate the Property Departments approach to compliance, ensuring effective monitoring and reporting systems are utilised to capture, monitor, and mitigate against Property related risk.
