Job description
This government sector is seeking an experienced Communication Officer to execute the CCSRP Program's change communication plan and coordinate stakeholder engagement events. The role involves creating communication materials for various audiences and platforms (e.g., intranet, video, presentations, online newsletters, and fact sheets) to ensure a positive change experience for stakeholders and users of a new integrated electronic record system.
The Communication Officer will be part of the CCSRP Business Readiness and Transition Stream and will report to the CCSRP Change, Communication, and Training Manager.
Key Deliverables:
Coordinate information gathering to ensure communication content is accurate, current and relevant for stakeholder audiences.
Develop in collaboration with the subject matter expert change communication messages and collateral for the Programs communication channels (online, presentations, FAQs newsletters, posters and quick reference guides).
Preparation of issue management and system update communications.
