Site supervisor

LWY Constructions Pty Ltd is a registered domestic and commercial builder in Victoria and a member of the Master Builders Association of Victoria. It provides services for construction projects across diverse sectors including education, commercial, residential, health, hospitality and industrial. It is now looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team at LWY Constructions Pty Ltd. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the completion of projects on time and within budget, coordinate site workers and delivery of materials to ensure that they comply with specifications, ensure safety guidelines and manage site cost control. The Site Supervisor will also develop and build strong rapport with site teams, liaise with client ensuring successful delivery of project to schedule, assist with the preparation of specifications and schedules and prepare site reports.
The successful candidate will have
-AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and at least 6 years of relevant experience
- Strong work ethic
-Possess great organization and communication skills
-computer skills
-eye for details
-Good in Calculations
