Personal Assistant for Legal Practice

A busy and successful Director of a boutique city law firm requires a capable, trusted, super organised Personal Assistant to support him.
In this role you may be asked to manage the Director's diary, book meetings, managing travel arrangements, provide remote support, undertake legal research, be involved with event planning, drafting correspondence, client engagement (including meeting preparation and follow up), and assisting with marketing activities.
Your proactive approach will assist the Director in meeting deadlines, making improvements and creating efficiencies. Other responsibilities may include managing office supplies, project management, expense report and managing budgeting, formatting documents and client briefs.
