About the Opportunity
Join our Customer Support and Services team as we strive to continually improve customer service through our Clear and Efficient Front Office principles. Reporting to the Team Lead Customer Support, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by supporting and applying our defined processes. Your responsibilities will include providing pricing and quotations for new, repairable, and standard exchange parts while considering all current services available to prospective customers. You'll also be responsible for adhering to the principles of standardization, simplification, and optimization of processes, ensuring strict compliance with company, regulatory, and policy requirements.

To excel in this role, you need to have strong relationship-building skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. You should be able to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and possess exceptional customer service skills.
