As a Business Analyst joining the IT Team you will be an important part of developing, testing and implementing system updates and enhancements. You will lead engagements with technical specialists, providing guidance to systems developers and administrators. You must be comfortable with guiding and mentoring other business analysts. Required Experience:
3 years experience as a Business Analyst performing similar duties to what is required
An understanding of the SDLC, basic exposure to programming or experience working closely with development teams essential
Business processes documentation using BPMN v2.0
Proven track record of successful facilitation and presentation in a professional setting
Strong analytical mindset, deadline driven and flexibility in your approach is required.
