The Role
Handling client interactions both over the phone and in person
Opening and closing files
Photocopying, scanning, and organising documents
Setting up Zoom/Teams conferences
Preparing and formatting documents
Maintaining and updating databases and registers
Issuing debtor statements and ensuring timely payment of all debtor invoices
Conducting outside clerical tasks (Landgate/OSR lodgements)
Performing general administrative duties
What you will bring
Possess strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
Show a willingness to work both collaboratively and independently
Maintain a professional appearance and confident telephone manner
Exhibit excellent attention to detail
Have outstanding communication and writing skills
Be proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of File Pro and the E-courts filing system (advantageous)
