About the role Were seeking a passionate and confident Operations Coordinator to join our Brickworks QLD Masonry team in Caloundra. Reporting to the Plant Manager, youll play a crucial role providing administrative support to the Plant Manager and Plant Supervisors to assist in the smooth running of operations at the site. This role will involve gathering, arranging, recording, distribution and reporting on various information, data and activities relating to production, safety, environmental, and purchasing. Duties include but are not limited to: Assist in the preparation of weekly profit estimate, (PEST): oRecord daily production entries into JDE. oMaintain raw materials tracking spreadsheets. oReceipt daily raw material delivery dockets into JDE and above spreadsheets. oRecord wages times. oEnter raw material consumption stocktake. oGain an understanding of running the recovery
