Role Overview: Aquatic Programs Officers (APO) ensure that the swimming and water safety program at the Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre (BALC) is delivered to the highest standard as well as making sure all the administration that supports our programs is carried out effectively. An APO should be experienced in the area of swim teaching and water safety, having worked as a swim teacher across a number of disciplines (infant pre-school, access and inclusion & adults etc).
