The Opportunity Our client is a Federal Government body that supports Australians and their families by valuing a positive contemporary attitude to disability. This client is currently seeking experienced APS6 Change Delivery Officers to join their team in Brisbane CBD. This role is a 12-month role, with full time hours and paying $60.26 per hour plus superannuation. The Role and Responsibilities: The team is responsible for delaying change management activities and will implement priority initiatives for the agency. The change management activities will be based on assessing the impacts of change on staff, participants, partners, providers, and other stakeholders in the community. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Preparing change impact and business change readiness assessments, transition to BAU plans with guidance, contributing to change management planning and strategy and approach.
