Assist senior lawyers in managing personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and evidence.
Attend court hearings and mediations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent.
Admission to practice law in Queensland.
Up to 2 years of experience in personal injury law (preferred but not essential).
Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
