Your new company We are currently working with multiple government departments that are dedicated to creating memorable campaigns that resonate with our diverse audience and drive positive outcomes. They are seeking dynamic and experienced campaign managers/officers to lead/support above-the-line (ATL) marketing efforts. Your new role As a campaign specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising above-the-line marketing campaigns across various channels, including TV, radio, print, and outdoor advertising. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our campaigns align with our strategic objectives and effectively communicate key messages to the public.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement ATL marketing strategies and campaigns that support government initiatives and public awareness programs.
Manage the end-to-end campaign process, from concept to execution and analysis.
Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to create compelling campaign content.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Manage budgets and timelines to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing efforts.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in managing above-the-line marketing campaigns, preferably within the public sector.
Experience working with the Central Advertising System (CAS), Independent Communications Committee (ICC), and Government Communications Subcommittee (GCS).
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Experience working with marketing agencies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
