This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor wanting to step up into a senior HR Advisor role. This role is a very hands-on role covering all HR functions within a highly regarded HR team.
Duties:
Employee engagement
Building relationships with and advising managers on HR.
Building relationships with and advising employees on HR and training and development.
HR legislation and policy.
Interpret award entitlements terms and conditions in changing workplace and relations environment.
Provide onsite support to the recruitment process by assisting with onsite interviews and liaising with Brisbane office
