About the Role:
Join our team at the Community Rehabilitation Centre (CRC) and make a meaningful difference in our communities’ everyday lives. As part of our Allied Health and Nursing multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians in enhancing our patient’s rehabilitation outcomes, their health independence and quality of life.
As a Grade 1 Physiotherapist, you will be crucial in providing person centred, holistic, evidence-informed, high-quality care to GV Health patients. In this role you will undertake a varied and diverse clinical caseload, providing treatment for patients experiencing a wide variety of health issues, including neurological, progressive neurological, complex orthopaedic or trauma related impairments. This role is largely clinic based, providing both individual therapies, group-based rehabilitation, and is unique cases, rehabilitation in the home.
This position is a non-rotational role within CRC.
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or higher level qualification and eligibility for membership of professional association.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Physiotherapist
- Fundamental knowledge of physiotherapy practice across a range of clinical areas including neurological, musculoskeletal, respiratory and geriatric physiotherapy, clinical experience in individual patient/groups assessment and management.
- Meet mandatory selection criteria outlined in the attached position description.
