You are a Pega expert and are passionate about helping our clients achieve their goals the right way, on-time with a strategic mindset. You are a highly technical, hands-on individual who is passionate about exploring and applying Pega technology to solve client problems. You speak the client’s language with excellent communications skills, and are highly adaptable and hungry to learn. You thrive in a cross-disciplinary environment, as comfortable building applications as working with experience designers, business architects, domain consultants and data scientists.
What You Will Do at IKOR PX
• Work within a global technical team that is known for innovation and delivering compelling client outcomes
• Plan and lead DCO workshops while gathering and understanding requirements, ensuring a clients MVP is realised and delivered by technical team by fully understands the use cases to help ensure best possible application design.
• Co-lead client engagements, setting the business roadmap and solution approach
• Clearly articulate client objectives and requirements to the wider technical team, developing and testing use cases to ensure best possible application design
• Contributes to the solution design informing the technical team in development activities while ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
• Validate that delivered solutions meet and perform to technical and functional requirements
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of reuse and portability in terms of enterprise solutions implemented using Pega
• Experience in process excellence/modelling, workflow, or flow charting
• Ability to understand a clients context and translate into solution design with a Lead Systems Architect. Good knowledge of interface/integration technologies.
Your Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience:
• Minimum of 6 years of Pega PRPC 7.x +
• Certified Lead Business Architect (CLBA)
• 10+ years of experience in business analysis and 4+ years as Lead Business Architect
• Pega Financial Services applications (e.g. CLM/KYC, Smart Disputes) experience
• Knowledge of Banking and/or Insurance business processes, best practices and policies
• Preference given to candidates with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions
• Permission to work in applicable geography
