The vibrant Town of Victoria Park is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and experienced Executive Officer to the Chief Executive Officer to join the team in a full-time capacity.
Your new role
Key focus of this position will involve:
providing full administration, secretarial support and diary management to the Chief Executive Officer (primary)
Attention to detail
providing administration support to three Managers (secondary) and the wider cross functional areas as required
taking of working group, C-Suite and other minutes as required
daily administrative duties including customer service, records management and purchasing.
