About the Role:
The primary role of the Senior Project Manager - Major Projects is to manage the successful implementation of major community infrastructure projects within Moira's capital delivery program. You will play a critical part in the development and execution of these projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of project development, planning, tendering and implementation of Council's major projects delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards, adhering to the Council's project management framework.
Prepare and develop existing business cases and project plans, establish appropriate governance, identify, allocate and manage resources, and meet stakeholder reporting requirements in a timely and effective manner.
Develop Stakeholder Management Plans and carry out necessary stakeholder engagement as required during project development and delivery.
Develop and implement strategies and tools for continuous monitoring
