Some of the things we're looking for include:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with troubleshooting Windows domains and networks
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of client hardware and software deployment techniques
Moderate understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts in the field
Demonstrated experience working within an engineering or project environment (preferably in the defence industry)
Intermediate skills and experience in the use of MS Office and other relevant software packages and applications
Prior experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) is highly desirable
Technical or relevant industry certifications, such as ITIL and for Microsoft products are highly desirable
