Job Description:
Mars Birdcare is seeking driven and motivated individuals to join their Production crew as Operators. You will be the heart of the company, ensuring our products are delivered to a high standard and meeting supplier demands.
As a Mars Operator, your days will be filled with grainy goodness, you will be accountable for the performance of several machines, processes and pieces of equipment to ensure all products are being delivered on time and to standard, this is your opportunity to join a global company that values the development of all employees.
What are we looking for?
Manufacturing or FMCG experience is desirable, but not essential
Strong problem-solving abilities
Mechanical training or similar background - preferred but not essential
Have the ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
Willingness to learn & develop
Strong attention to detail
