Role and Responsibilities: As an experienced cook you will be responsible for:
Preparing and executing a diverse range of dishes with creativity and precision.
Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain high culinary standards and timely delivery of orders.
Ensuring impeccable presentation and quality of all dishes leaving the kitchen.
Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards to provide a safe dining experience for our guests.
Assist in the day-to-day operation and procedures of the kitchen.
Availability: This role requires flexibility in working hours. The successful candidate must be available to work on weekends and evenings to accommodate our busy service hours.

Qualifications and Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
At least 3-Years work experience as a cook
Must currently reside in and be able to work in Australia.
Proven experience in a similar role, showcasing your hospitality knowledge.
Creativity and innovation in developing new dishes while mastering classics.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly within a team or independently when required.
A high level of attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
