AccountAbility are pleased to be working with a manufacturing company based in Sydney CBD. We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivables officer to join the team on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities will include:
Full function Accounts Receivable
Ensure that customer payments are allocated accurately and timely. Unallocated payments are kept to a minimum
Work with internal & external stakeholders to resolve any disputed debts in ledger
Ensure invoices and customer statements are issued in a timely manner
Assist with weekly and monthly reporting
Processing of customer credits
Support month-end processes
Review, improve and manage the accounts receivable policies and procedures
Other accounting and finance related tasks as required.
About you:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Available on an immediate start
Strong communication skills
