Are you an experienced administrative professional seeking a rewarding long-term opportunity? We're looking for a talented Office Admin/Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Bankstown. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks, from data entry and invoicing to customer service and office management. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a knack for providing exceptional support, we want to hear from you! Your R esponsibilities will include:

Data entry
Running reports
Invoicing
Customer service and reception duties
Office management
Adhoc admin and accounts payable and receivable duties
   To be successful in your application, you will have the following;

Administration and customer service experience
Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience is highly desirable
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
