Our client is a small-family based company in Braeside and they are a market-leader who specialise in rebuilding and servicing heavy diesel and mobile plant equipment. They are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Dispatch Storeperson to join their team. This position will be permanent full-time 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday, with occasional paid overtime.
Responsibilities/duties will include:
Receipt and processing of parts and engines
Picking parts required for various operations
Preparing and packing engines and spare parts for dispatch
Loading & Unloading Parts & Engines onto trucks with the Hyster Forklift
Organising freight pickup and managing shipping documentation
Obtaining quotes for freight services
Storing and organising parts returned from operations
Keeping the store clean and orderly
Liaising with administration regarding stock quantity discrepancies
Entering dispatch details into the register
