Details: The Education Directorate has a short-term vacancy from 6 August 2024 to 13 November 2024,with the possibility of extension and/ or permanency backfilling the position of Administrative Services Officer Class 4 within Corporate Services, SFM Branch.
The Administrative Officer assists the Centre Manager in the management of the Hedley Beare Centre for Teaching and Learning (HBCTL) and other Education Support Office (ESO) sites across the ACT.
The Administrative Officer undertakes a range of roles at HBCTL including managing room bookings, issuing building passes and assisting with financial processing.
The Administrative Officer is also the point of contact for building services and office equipment issues
