iDRAPE INTERIORS are looking for a Manufacturer Manager to join their team in Cranebrook, NSW.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Communicate any problems to senior management;
- Develop production schedules, plan layout modules and implement operational skills assessments;
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements affecting manufacturing operations and the environment;
- Implement all the company’s procedures and policies;
- Improve the manufacturing processes and determine products to be manufactured;
- Manage orders for raw materials, supplies and equipment and ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained;
- Manage quality control systems for our production and manufacturing lines and the operation of production and time cycles;
- Monitor productivity rates, standards and quality control;
- Plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate the operations of our manufacturing business;
- Procure factory production equipment and take responsibility for its maintenance;
- Reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.
To be considered you will need a relevant bachelor degree or higher qualification and at least 2 years of relevant post-qualification employment experience OR at least five years of relevant employment experience in Manufacturer Management.
