What is the opportunity?
Perth Radiological Clinic has a position for a full time permanent Medical Receptionist to join our clerical team. You will be provided with on job training and have the opportunity to work alongside various teams, traveling throughout our northern suburb clinics including Joondalup, Innaloo, Morley, Nollamara, and Midland. The start and finish times varying from 6:15am to 5:30pm with a possible 1 in 3 Saturday mornings as overtime to help regulate a healthy work life balance.
Reporting to the clerical supervisor your responsibility will include:
Care for customers by maintaining a high standard of patient care, safety, and confidentiality
Arrive patients and make clinical appointments at the front desk
Handle accounts, banking, and Medicare batching
Take patient bookings for clinical appointments by answering inbound calls
