Service Desk Officer Trainee -
As a Service Desk Officer Trainee, you will provide centralised remote support and service to the Essential Energy business, this will be accomplished by both proactive and reactive means via phone and email. You will manage incidents through to resolution, communicating with technical staff and customers to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
