Boral is seeking a proactive individual with a 'can do' attitude to join our Contact Centre team as a Concrete Allocations Team Leader based in our Port Melbourne office. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for scheduling products to meet customer needs at the lowest cost.
You will be provided with the opportunity to work between our operating hours of 6am-5 pm Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday.
Your day will involve:
Identifying and delivering flexible, effective allocation models and service opportunities
Developing and fostering effective intra/intercompany relationships with our delivery partners in sales and operations.
Ensuring timely and accurate customer communications are aligned
