The Administration Support Officer will organise and assist with the control of the Field Service Team to meet the operational standards set by Komatsu, working directly with the Service Supervisor to divide duties to meet the necessary requirements of Customer and Business support. This role will provide and administer all support functions to ensure that Komatsu provides a high level of service while complying to the customer's needs.
