As an effective Director of Mining and Metals, you will have demonstrable experience in:
- Business Development, opportunity identification, bid and tender development, negotiation and contract close out
- Study Management and Project Development through to Execution.
- Good understanding across Project Controls services, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
- Help grow the brand through strategic business development and focused client relationships.
- Ability to deliver all services in a project director and/or project governance role
- Leading our existing key client relationships, developing plans and implementing strategies for growth.
- Creating new client relationships and opportunities in the marketplace.
- Identifying and developing exceptional people as part of ongoing growth in the ENR team.
- Displaying excellence in service delivery leadership.
- Taking responsibility for their own deliverables and ensuring all commitments are completed.
