A leading townhouse construction company is looking for an enthusiastic Estimator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in estimating major townhouse developments, as you will be starting a new project for the company with support and guidance from the estimating manager.
The Role
Produce accurate estimating documentation within budgeted timelines
Produce BOQ, issuing purchase orders, procurement, pricing variations and assisting with tracking of expenditure.
Supplier liaison and management
Reporting to Estimating Manager & Project Manager
