Senior Asset Strategy Engineer
About Us Maitland City Council is a diverse and dynamic organisation in a rapidly growing LGA. Our Asset Team looks after over 250 items of mobile plant and equipment such as excavators, trucks and mowers with an estimated value of 22 million dollars. We have over 2 billion dollars in infrastructure assets including roads, drainage, bridges and major structures. We ensure we provide the community infrastructure at an agreed level of service and in a financially sustainable way. The process of asset management planning considers assets that are critical for growth, and the cost of building, maintaining and replacing these, including resources, timeframes and capabilities.
