Direct to Market (D2M) is an exciting new initiative which will target novated leases (NL) to Small/Medium Enterprises (SMEs). To support this the D2M business is hiring 3 brand new roles with the position title of SupportPro.
As a SupportPro you will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of customer and employer relationships and key supply chain business partners to ensure optimal experience for the customer, whilst ultimately driving beneficial outcomes for MMSG. This includes both written and verbal communication with key Employer contacts as well as for all aspects of; customer service, managing employee accounts, credit approvals, generating lease documentation, co-coordinating settlement, organising employer onboarding and customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Pursue Better in assisting customers to manage their accounts and funds and problem-solve to resolve customer enquiries
Work Together by ensuring if, on phones or administration tasks, you deliver on your and the organisation's promises
