Your new role As a senior/principal RPEQ structural engineer, you will be responsible for detailed design on projects in the built environment. With a particular focus on residential, medium rise and commercial projects, you can choose the career you want. With opportunities in people management, project management, technical expertise or business development, you will be charged with leading your own projects, with the support of a larger organisation. What you'll need to succeed To succeed, you will have a proven track record in structural engineering, backed by your RPEQ accreditation. Experience in steel, timber and concrete is vital, as is exposure to liaising with clients and delivering detailed design packages within time and to a high standard.
