We now have a wonderful opportunity for a long-term opportunity a safety professional to join our Zero Harm team based out of Bathurst, NSW . As a Zero Harm Advisor, you will actively support, coach, mentor and provide technical advice to internal stakeholders. This dynamic role will have exposure to both site-based and office work with a focus on bringing people together to ensure we achieve our Safety objectives whilst contributing to the innovation of the business.
WHAT YOU?LL BRING
Exposure within the Civil Road Maintenance, Construction, Heavy Industrial or Transport space will be highly regarded. You will also have:
Diploma of Occupational Health and Safety.
ICAM Lead Incident Investigation (desirable).
Quality / Safety Lead Internal Auditor (desirable).
Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities in a safety context.
Influential and conversational communication style, utilising a partnering approach to build on learning insights across the business.
