Your day to day will encompass:
- Helping clients with physical difficulties from injury, illness, disability, developmental delay or aging improve their movement, function and quality of life
- Provide a full range of services to clients including clinical assessments, treatments, rehabilitation and therapy to help people who are currently unable to function to their desired capacity.
- Manage the client journey and outcomes through evidence-based and best practice
- Actively promote clients health and wellbeing with advice and education to empower long term management
- Work as a team using our multidisciplinary approach through case conference and connected care to ensure clients receive co-ordinated care that fulfils their needs
