As an Insights Analyst - Supply Chain, you will be responsible for analysing and interpreting complex data across various facets of our business, including customer-facing e-Commerce sites, direct-to-consumer and retail/pharmacy partnerships, medical consulting platform, inventory management, and warehousing. Your insights will drive strategic decision-making, ensuring our commitment to delivering high-quality medical cannabis solutions.
Day to day you will be:
- Analysing complex datasets related to e-Commerce sites, market trends, tele-health platforms and regulatory frameworks
- Conducting analysis to understand optimise logistic operations, stock level management and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
- Utilise data-driven insights to recommend improvements in transportation, warehousing and distribution processes.
- Identify patterns, trends, and insights related to logistics and procurement data to gain actionable insights.
- Apply advanced statistical techniques to forecast future trends in demand planning.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to investigate and resolve operational issues or challenges.
