The Business Support officer is responsible for high level administration and office support. This role will assist with coordination of meetings, events, bookings and acquittal of travel via the CTM and Sap Concur systems. Great Perth CBD location and friendly office environment.
Key Capabilities
Organising, scheduling, and coordinating travel arrangements, accommodation and supporting documentation.
Coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Undertaking less complex research for the branch.
Assisting with administrative tasks.
Undertaking filing and records management functions ensuring records are in accordance with departmental policy.
