What You Will Be Doing
Our client are looking for a Customer Service Officer/Parts Interpreter for their warehouse located in Lansdale. This role will include responsibilities such as:
Answer and handle technical support enquiry calls from customers and engage other employees to address questions
Provide customer support and parts interpretation
Quotation management, follow up quotes and resolve accordingly
Engine quotations and sales support
Ensure customer satisfaction with friendly efficient and timely communication
Delivery and transport tracking enquiries
Daily CRM case management handling
Individual and CSC share mailbox management of customer enquiries
ERP system data entry and processing of parts quotations and orders
What You Will Need
Sound knowledge of pumping systems, gensets, lighting, diesel engines and mechanical
