To achieve the desired results, mix and match paint colors. To use rollers, brushes, and spray equipment, apply paint, varnish, stains, and other finishes. To accomplish work above ground, erect scaffolding or set up ladders. To prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and removing old paint. To use drop cloths, masking tape, and other protective coverings to cover trim, floors, and furniture. To clear any paint splatters and clean all brushes and spray guns. To guarantee a safe working environment, adhere to safety rules and regulations. To work together with other team members to guarantee that the project is completed on schedule. Experience in both residential and commercial painting projects. Another mandatory requirement is a driving license. Applicants must be willing to travel across Victoria to perform work in urban and regional locations.
